A Christian Day Retreat

A gentle day to exhale, slow down, and be restored.

Life can feel full. Demanding. Loud.
Even when you love what you do, it can leave you feeling quietly exhausted beneath the surface.

This day is an invitation to step away.

To pause.
To breathe.
To be met by God - not in striving, but in quiet surrender.

You don’t need to have it all together.
You don’t need to “arrive” in any particular way.

Just come as you are.

✨ What to Expect

This is a calm and spacious day, gently guided and intentionally unhurried.

You’ll be supported through:

  • Gentle movement (Pilates-based, no experience needed)

  • Guided breath practices to calm the nervous system

  • Gentle, scripture-based reflections exploring rest, stress, and how the body and spirit are designed to work together

  • Time for stillness, prayer, and quiet reflection

  • Space to rest - without pressure or expectation

This is a day where where your body can settle, and your spirit can breathe.
