What are the practical requirements for hosting a session?

All I need is a suitable space (in-person or online), and I’ll provide everything else -materials, structure, and support to make the experience engaging and restorative.

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes - all workshops, talks, and wellbeing sessions can be delivered online. Whether your team or church community is spread across locations or prefers virtual gatherings, I offer engaging and interactive online experiences that bring a sense of calm, connection, and restoration.

Where are your corporate retreats held?

We can hold the sessions at your premises or church if the space allows, otherwise the day can be held at a Christian retreat centre, for example The House of Bread in Stratford or The Hornhill Centre in Cirencester.

Are your workshops trauma-informed?

Yes. My work integrates trauma-aware principles to ensure all sessions feel safe, inclusive, and grounding. With training in Trauma-Informed Coaching, Polyvagal Theory, and Level 5 Stress Management, I bring a deep understanding of how stress and nervous system dysregulation affect wellbeing - and practical tools to support calm, resilience, and restoration for every participant.
