Strength & Stillness Women's Retreat - 18th July 2026 Minchinhampton

A Restorative Day Retreat for Women

For the woman who carries a lot, and is ready to discover a different kind of strength.

So many women are strong.

Capable. Reliable. The one others turn to.

But strength, when it’s constant, can become heavy.

This day is an invitation to release some of that.
To reconnect with your body.
To be held - especially when you're used to holding everything together.

To discover a different kind of strength. One that comes from rest and surrender, not striving.

✨ What to Expect

A gentle, supportive space for women to slow down and restore.

The day includes:

  • Pilates to build strength in a calm, nourishing way (no experience needed)

  • Breath practices to support your nervous system

  • Reflective teaching around rest, identity, and strength

  • Space for stillness, prayer, and quiet reflection

  • A slower, more intentional rhythm

🌿 A Space for You

No pressure.
No performance.
No expectation to be or do anything other than where you are.

Just space to breathe… and be gently restored.
