The Living Well is a sacred space for those who spend their lives pouring out - pastors, founders, worship leaders, charity workers, creatives, intercessors, vision-carriers.
Here, you are not expected to lead. You are invited to rest. But not as another thing to put on your to-do list.
We believe God is the ultimate source of peace. But we also recognise that chronic pressure and stress has an effect on the soul as well as the body.
When the nervous system lives in a chronic stress state, it can become harder to experience the peace we know to be true.
At The Living Well, we gently explore how God designed the body to live in rhythm with trust, safety, and communion with Him. Through Scripture, reflection, breath, movement, and nourishment, we seek to help God's people embody the peace of Christ - not only spiritually, but physically too.
With Jesus at the centre, we help bring the body back into alignment with the peace He gives.
