I integrate biblical wisdom and prayer with evidence-based nutrition, movement, and nervous system practices, creating space for the Holy Spirit to bring peace and healing. It’s where science and spirit meet, because lasting wellbeing starts with His presence.
Yes. My approach is fully trauma-informed and rooted in nervous system awareness. I’ve studied Polyvagal Theory, completed a Trauma-Informed Coaching certification, and hold a Level 5 qualification in Stress Management. This means sessions are always led with compassion, safety, and gentle regulation, so your body feels supported to heal and thrive at its own pace.
